Abstract

Basic schooling lays the groundwork for a person's mental growth throughout their lives, giving them a wide range of cognitive and analytical talents and the self-assurance and capability they need to go on into the future with hope and optimism. Therefore, nation architects and policymakers must focus their focus on delivering quality and value-based education to all of the people in the country, most particularly to the disadvantaged and poor or weaker sectors of the society, and provide empowerment with a higher quality of education that will aid them in reducing the degree of poverty, and it will also contribute to the creation of a democratic nation; this had been the goal of the leadership of the state at the time. Since the commencement of constitutions, the government has set goals every decade or so. Right to Education clauses haven't done anything for us even after 75 years of independence, even with the support of these kinds of legislation. This paper examines how the implementation of the Right to Education would affect numerous facets of society intertwined with education. Teachers in the Chittoor District provided the data for this study.
