Abstract

The study attempted to compare the Resilience and Stress coping strategies among X and Y generation of higher education sector


The sample size consisted of 100 including X and Y generation. The instrument used for data collection is CONNOR-David Son’s Resilience Scale (2003) and Yu Stress coping strategiesquestionnaire (2000)


The statistical data were analyzed through descriptive statistics involves many indicators such as mean standard deviation tables and graphs for describing data one way was used to compare the mean value at significance level of p=0.05
