The quality of education has a continuum from low to high, positioned as a variable. The context of education as a system is influenced by various factors on the teacher's performance variable. This study aims to: analyze the effect of teacher professionalism, managerial skills, their relationship with learning facilities on teacher performance during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research method is quantitative approach, survey and path analysis. The population is all teachers of SMA, SMK Negeri Minahasa Regency. Sample 90 teachers.
