Review Study on the Influence of Employee Engagement in Productivity among Corporate Organizations

Abstract

Background:Employee engagement plays a crucial role in the development of an organization, for a steady growth of a company, the role of an employee is very important as like a firm needs its consumers to run and its development. Nowadays growing corporations and developed industries like Google and Zoho are doing much of their investment in employee welfare.


Objectives: This study deals with multiple strategies of big corporate organizations contribute for the productivity of the organization with changes in the employee behaviour.


Methods:Every growing corporation is nowadays using various strategies to influence their employees to work efficiently through providing benefits like increasing periodical remuneration, HRA, providing educational benefits for their employees' kids, and medical allowance.


Results:The main developing strategy that used by big corporate organizations like Meta (face book) and Google are making a work spot as fun space area to reduce the employee stress and to work efficiently and by reduce their work burden that indirectly increase the employee to work double the volume than regular which is now even followed by Indian companies like Zoho, Abbott India etc.


Conclusions: Most of these strategies might seem so small but that made a great development in their employee' engagement which in turn increased the profit and growth of the sector.
