Abstract

Semiconductors are present in periodic table of group III-V. In this paper, we have calculated values of force constant of III-V group of semiconductors. The value of force constant found corresponding with bond orbital parameter (V2, V3), average s-p splitting (V1s) and covalency (c) used as input data.
