A STUDY ON RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT AMONG PROFESSIONAL COLLEGE STUDENTS.

Abstract
This study describes an attempt at Relationship Management among professional college students. A normative survey method was employed to collect the data through a questionnaire by adopting a simple random sampling technique. The questionnaire was constructed and validated by the researcher under the guidance and help of the supervisor. The sample size of this investigation comprises 109 professional college students among them 44 were male and 65 were female from the Chennai district. The study's objective is to assess Relationship Management among professional college students and find the Relationship Management among professional college students based on gender and family size. Mean, SD and t-test were the statistical techniques that were employed to analyze the data. The data collected were analyzed by using SPSS formulas. The results indicate that Relationship Management among professional college students is moderate. It is also found that there is a significant difference between Relationship Management among Professional college students with respect to gender, and there is no significant difference between Relationship Management among Professional college students with respect to family size.
