Abstract

In recent years, administrative management and labor conflicts have been changing and at the same time growing in Latin American countries, however, little or almost nothing is known about the studies or advances that have been made on these issues. The objective of this work is to give a global vision in Latin America on the administrative management that has been developing and some studies on labor conflicts in the region, in the same way, these are accompanied by the internal control that may exist between them. The results were to identify work carried out focused on the reality indicated in Latin American countries. The results show us that efforts have been made both to improve administrative management and to reduce labor conflicts, associated with the internal control that must be carried out.
