The Purpose of Improvement and its Ethical Dimension

Abstract

This research aims to clarify the theory of objectives in general, as it is the most appropriate framework for jurisprudence. And the statement of the objectives of the improvement and its moral dimension in detail in the book Fiqh ofEthics (by Sayyid Mohammad Mohammad Sadeq Al-Sadr), and from here the research seeks to determine the relationship and highlight the intertwining between the issue of ethics on the one hand and jurisprudence and the principles of jurisprudence and the purposes of Sharia on the other hand.
