A Holistic Study on Effectiveness of Online Teaching and Learning during Pandemic

Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic's home quarantine has posed issues for teachers and learners all across the world, which made a drastic shift from chalk, talk, walk towards blackboard to the internet, PowerPoint presentation, that resulted in requiring innovative instruction thereby teacher’s learning capabilities. For a given the short period of instructors, choosing the apt methodology of learning strategies through online learning and teaching became a solution to promote innovative teaching in difficult circumstances is a vital topic. The goal of this work is to assess the consequences of informal learning (IL) on avant-garde teaching by looking at the intervening roles of various forms of tutoring-related innovative ideas, with the main pivot on college professors and the online environment. So, 50 school feedback taken from parents and teachers cum parents were chosen at random to take part in the statistical study.
